Colour Works- Work Experience

Today for the colour work project, the group held or first meeting, this to organise the presentation event being held at the Wessex Hotel in Bournemouth on the 29th March. We each devided up who was going to produce what, and the job roles that we would like. I chose to be a camera operator for the live event. Other areas of discussion were, how we were going to film it, and the different skills each member has so that the final product will be the best that it can be.
We also decided that we would need to produce release consent forms and contacting the venue to film a dummy run which would need to be held before the final day. The event will be held at 3pm that day so we will need to organise all paperwork a few weeks in advance and make sure that we are all ready to go on the day.

The roles and responsablilities have been divided up as so:

By Tuesday the 28th March we will need all equipment avalible and set up a dummy run for the video.

I will need to research into other companies who have a promotional video and takes aspects from these into consideration.
For the website, which is another aspect the group will be producing, we need to design the style and content based on what the existing website already has and update the website making it more stylish and with elements of user inteaction. Another meeting will be held to organise the website and who's doing what for it. We need to discuss whats wrong with existing website and research eisting products.

For this today I will be producing a skecth in photoshop of the colour works website update ideas.
